Corporate Purpose (Object of the Company)
The Company’s purpose is, in all countries and more particularly in the Republic of Guinea,and Cameroon, subject, where applicable, to obtaining the necessary authorizations from the competent authorities:
Inspection of all types of floating equipment, oil platforms, and their associated equipment, including lifesaving, communication, and firefighting equipment;
Construction, repair, maintenance, and inspection of ports and port equipment;
Testing of handling equipment (lifting gear), as well as the inspection and cleaning of submarines;
Welding and welding quality control services;
Reception and treatment of sewage and waste of all kinds;
Auditing and consultancy in environmental safety;
Scientific research within these fields;
Obtaining business licenses and patents.
